Elanga Reviews

The Elinta charger

Billwep on

Australia

This is the best charger ever

Would love to use it

not 6001 on

Standing at the station, registered, charged a dollar to activate my account and told email would come to the. Click and create my password for the new account so I can actually start charging… 20 mins later still no email and can’t activate to charge. Useless. Sick of different apps for these various providers, stick with Chargefox or Evie.

Signup process was difficult and slow

Seany Boy! on

Recommended setting up your account first. Nathan Merritt was exceptional in helping me with customer support.

Do not waste your time. Somehow it said in use often, even it does not in use. Expensive. Why I cannot give them 0 star??

The One and Only Coxy on

Australia

A disappointing user experience.. slow and clunky with actions required in awkward places and errors happen cause double handling.. avoid this app if you have a choice

ON ODWasting time and money($5 for each register) Trying to charge at Sunnybank and Sunnybank hills. Not only the app is confusing but also doesn’t connect at all.

Brookside Charger is broken

Draevon on

Australia

DC charging won’t start. One AC charger worked but maxed out at 11kw. One shows as in use despite being empty, one won’t initialise charging. Super frustrating.

Make sure you verify email before trying to login

Rotheone on

I initially had the same issue as the other person at Maleny but once I verified my email I could then login :) The app could make this clearer as it’s not obvious.
