I love it!
I know a lot of people who have had success with the ELATE programme and so I couldn’t wait to try the app! It looks great and is easy to use. The workouts are suitable for all levels and the mindset advice is really helpful. Women in their 40s and 50s need a programme tailored to their needs and this app does exactly that. Give it a go!
