Description

Welcome to the Experiential Learning Center at Marshall School of Business where you can take part in experiential activities that are designed to teach various management concepts both in-person and online!
Lead-Out is a leadership and organizational change activity that is conducted online where students form small teams and take on an interesting journey. They will need to choose a leader and plan for their activity. The leaders are assigned to a different group after the first round. In order to win, groups must secure the highest score. They need to establish trust, effective leadership, teamwork in order to succeed!
