Service is scam

Used this in San Juan. You have to pre-pay which is $15 minimum. Limited area to travel. You cannot use all of prepaid money. Won’t recommend.

Illegal scam tactics to steal your money

Shhaider on

Horrible experience first they trick you into paying up front a minimum of $15 by making it appear like that’s the only option only to find out later you could have just paid for the actual usage. Then web. You try to return the scooter the app freezes and keeps charging you. Is this the only way they can make enough money? How is this legal?

Would not lock/end ride

princessema1414 on

We rented scooters for less than 10 mins before realizing that one of them was not working. We went to a blue parking area yet the app would NOT let us lock. Kept saying it was in a restricted area which it wasn’t. There is NO one to contact, no customer service. We tried for over an hour to lock our two scooters before they finally locked. Costed us way more money than expected for an hour we didn’t even get to use. HIGHLY disappointed

Not user friendly app

Great scooters but the app is super confusing for having multiple riders. Don’t know when someone is added and ready to use. Also got bamboozled into prepaying for the ride but now can’t get my money back.

Buggy app cost me money

Philpee2 on

I started a ride but the app wouldn’t let me end the ride anywhere. It kept saying I was in a restricted area when I clearly wasn’t. Even in the parking zone, it wouldn’t let me end the ride. As a result, my ride ended up costing me much more than it should have. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer support about this and they are completely unresponsive.
