I open it and nothing but a blank white screen on my freshly rebooted ipad.

Electrical Quantities physics app is designed for K12 students to learn the basics of electric circuit such as voltage, resistance and more. Voltage and Resistance - Practice using Ohm’s triangle to calculate energy, electrical voltage and electrical resistance in an interactive way.
2) Practice - This section helps to experiment electric circuit, and voltage and resistance with 3D animations.
3) Quiz - An Interactive quiz to test the level of understanding about electric current, voltage and resistance.
