The app works fine and works as intended. It just needs a more intuitive user interface or a refreshed look to allow for a smoother experience.

I like your application but please fix the payment pathway “Quick pay” Since months it is not accepting the payments in last step

Had registered for fixed bill the past month and for some reason or carelessness of the staff the fixed bill was not implemented. the next month I receive a huge bill,upon calling the call center agent who was very unprofessional kept me waiting for a while before transferring my call to another agent without my concern to do so which wasted another 10 mins trying to explain to a new agent. Very unprofessional call center and service .The staff takes the customers and issues too lightly

Amazing and time saving app

EWA sent me 3 days final disconnection notice in the middle of the night through an email due to one month unpaid bill arrears. As if expats will run away and will not pay our responsibilities, it is pandemic everybody should understand, if we cannot pay full amount at least I paid some. Anyways, it’s okay, on the final judgment, they will see what they deserves. Thank you!

Fix your system, when I login with ekey it says ‘system unavailable try again later’ it means I have to do each account and payment one by one because there is a problem in your system , pls fix

I can’t submit the meter reading by application
