I recently purchased a matching washing machine and dryer that are wifi capable only to find that you can’t connect more than one appliance to this app, according to the support line. My washing machine connects, and the app is great for alerting me when the load is finished, but I can’t connect my dryer too. Can you sort this out?

Bring back the old app, I can’t even log into my account using the details from the old app. Terrible app and a waste of time, now I can’t even use my washer properly!!!!

Lack of usage history and delayed start for washing machine very poor to use

Old app had stats such as how many times Dior opened, Temperature and some other metrics and warnings. But this one didn’t see any of it.

I use washing combo model EWW1042ADWA The old app have the history. I missed that The favorite only 1, if possible more than 1

Why can’t I see usage history like the old app?

This new app is so painful to use, the amount of time (swiping for so long) to get the delayed start/finish time is ridiculous. We often set the washing machine to finish at the time we get up, so it can go straight in the drying when done. Electrolux, please fix this.

It is stuck on region screen and cannot go further into creating an account. Region won’t get selected.
