The previous app was great, but being forced to this new one is terrible. We are a big fan of being able to set the washing machine to start while we are asleep and scheduling it to finish when we wake up. With the current app, you have to click each and every minute to advance it to the time you want, it takes so long to set, it really needs to be fixed asap

THIS APP IS SO SLOWW
This app is so useless I bought an Electrolux Front Loader washing machine that has wifi capability. I chose Electrolux as I wanted a European washing machine as the other brands don’t last that long. Yes my washing machine is great and working fine but when it comes to the technology of having wifi it’s useless. When I had it new a year ago the wifi works fine but now somehow my washer disconnected to my wifi.
The app is very buggy and slow, also barely use full I wished that I could connect manually to my washer instead of going through my internet as my washer couldn’t connect to my internet so I could configure the autodose on the washer. Now Electrolux may respond to my feedback saying to email them. I’ve already done that. Did they help NO!!!
Won’t recognise my Wi-Fi connection
Hard to register and use the wireless settings on our new washing machine purely because the app fails to recognise I’m connected to a Wi-Fi network. This is disappointing as we would have really loved this feature. Please fix this in the app.

App is complete rubbish doesn’t even let you register for an account let alone do anything support team don’t even know how the app works avoid like the plague or covid what ever suits
Very buggy
Connecting took several attempts. There are blank buttons and boxes that should contain info. Keeps saying it’s disconnected but if I hit back it’s connected again. Very slow. It’s just a bad, bad app.
Connection issues
Have wasted over an hour trying to connect my washer dryer combo machine to the app. I have a stable wifi connection and have followed the reset process a few times. I continually get error 57-04 and a “try again in a few hours” which doesn’t help. Very frustrating I’m in IT and can read and follow steps on a less than 10 step setup guide. I suspect a version/update issue between the product and your new app. Additionally when you click help after it fails there are over 20 redirects to get to wherever it’s trying to take you which cause safari an issue in the latest iOS version at least.
Doesn’t want to connect fridge to app
Have tried for a week now to connect my EHE6899SA to the app and despite trying to get help from the help desk to sort the connectivity issue, no luck.
Can’t understand why it’s such a problem.
Most important though, the fridge is working really well.
Would love to get assistance with it.

Extremely buggy
Washer/dryer hardware seems great but sign-up/registration process has been a nightmare. During sign up, I had numerous spurious app crashes and on top of it, the back-end registration server was returning http 400 errors for approx 12 hrs so could not complete the registration.
Having finally gotten registered, when doing almost anything in the app, generic errors pop up constantly for unknown reasons.
My biggest concern with this appliance is; if this is the level of testing performed in the software, what level of security penetration testing has been done to secure website and ultimately customers IOT washing machines. Very scary! Will Electrolux be first appliance company in the news for being hacked/controlled/bricked by someone on the other side of the planet?
