Had this app and coin in it for a year, until today the username and password do not work and I have lost everything. So their app update kicked me out forever or there app was hacked either way you’ll lose everything.

you will lose money
Worked until it didn’t
Staked BTC for 10 days and on the last day of the lockup period, the app mysteriously crashed. had no access to my wallet for several long days. Connectivity was eventually restored and I cashed out and the deleted app.

The developers should be ashamed.
If any developers are reading this, you are horrible at your job. I hope misfortune befalls you and your loves ones - you deserve it for writing such an incompetent app handling people’s money. I hope you get fired, lose your job, and cannot find a new one. All the reviews are correct. Stay far away from this app. This company deserves to go bankrupt. The world will be a better place when that happens.
New improved version
There was a problem before opening app, but I was never worried about my actual crypto because that’s on the Blockchain and I am a seasoned vet not a newbie. But it was a huge pain in the butt. So make sure your version is updated and you might have to delete the app and reinstall but maybe not, try the update first. Contacted the development team and got immediate customer service. Great place to stake Bitcoin or Core.

Didint have a recovery code saved but had everything else just deleted my account and couldn’t get it back had to reinstall and wouldn’t let me log back in even with my email feel like they have you log in put some money in then kick you out without telling you TO KEEP THE CODE
Worst wallet ive used
Terrible ux, crashed, lost funds. Could not reinport. Advice is trade your rewards and never look at this ecosystem again

Now the app is working very good and I will transfer more coins to the app
Not another one
Was a 5 star and it is going down fast trying to get on and it is telling me message not secure. Can’t tell me that your security is so much better then other wallets I own which have no issues with and I am not going to a social site to get support. To many bad actors. Would be nice to get some help UPDATE 12-30-24 Awesome problem fixed. Thank you Element Team for being quick to Address the issue .
