I appreciate that this app is very convenient to use especially that we can use it at home and just browse a lot of features regarding medications and other stuff. I highly recommended yhis app especially the use of online booking. 💓 💯

Order not delivered until now and it has been 5 hours

There is a bug in the when i check out it asks for phone number that already exists and it’s stuck there and I’m not able to check out

No one take care of the application orders No one is following up, No one helps, people are not educated and not helping I don’t even know why you invested money and time building this app while you have poor operations. Hopefully someone will read this review and contact me to share the full experience

Very bad application

زي الزفت بجد مش فاهمه ازاي أكون طالبه دوا وحاجه طارئة ويكون وقت التوصيل علي الابليكيشن ساعتين وحتي موصلش ف الساعتين عدي ٣ ساعات وكان لسه مخرجش من الصيدليه وقالولي المندوب ف اوردر تاني كلمت صيدليه تانيه ووصلي ف اقل من ربع ساعه الاهم من الابليكيشن انكم تزودوا عدد المناديب مفيش حد عايز دوا هيستني اربع ساعات ع الاقل 😡😡

App UX is horrible. Also, I had to turn off notifications as they abuse push notifications. Moreover, it takes more than 4 hours for orders to get delivered.

Worst customer service you might experience

To receive an order it took more than five hours it is unprofessional and terrible service !

الاول كان التعامل افضل مع الابلكيشن حاليا من وقت التحديث وبقيت مضطره اتصل بالصيدليه لان مفيش اوردر بيوافق يطلب لازم يقف مع الخطوات
