Please add streaming to tv in the app. Etisalat stops eating a lot of money on anything. Just make us happy and satisfied

The app works very well but I have one question my elife almost have all channels why am not getting any of them in this App I think Etisalat should work on it At least if am out I can easily watch my channels💯 thank you

Latest update not allowing to watch full screen on iOS Devices

After this latest update thought it will work,but no luck, dear developer please update the app to be useful to all users to login and use the app. There is no option to reset password in iPhone app as well.

I don’t know why I am not able to mirror this application on TV. This application should be smart it must recognize my mobile number and my home Wi-Fi settings and allow me to mirror the content on television.

I am not able to login, even after resetting my password and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Calling the customer service number is useless with the current virtual assistant system. You will never be able to talk directly to a human customer agent to find a solution to this problem.

Doesn't give you the option to change pw if you forget log in credentials..!!

The worst app ever ! Not working at all. I used my credentials correctly but there is no response. I feel very disappointed from paying much on eLife and this app is completely useless

So after years of having this acclaimed feature in my Etisalat eLife package I decided to use the app for watching and guess what you can never login!!! Tried using many usernames sent through years to me, tried all passwords, tried resetting the password through Etisalat app but with no luck. Simply you can’t login and the app itself doesn’t provide any help to make u reach support for it. Only a simple screen that asks for username and password! If you can’t provide the service, just don’t sell it as part of your eLife bundle and remove it!

it was working before with my iphone 11 now not working after update. it is says invalid user name password. but it works in my old ipad 4 old version and new version is not working in any of my other devices
