This app has limited function. Users are able to create admin accounts, but only the super admin gets access through the app. The features on the entry system are okay for a small HOA or individual. Claims to support thousands of users can’t be true. Don’t expect much from this company in the line of support. Overall, it’s been a huge disappointment.
No interface with the web version. This is as basic as it gets. Wish I saw a demo before I bought this system. Built bare bones- like a startup designed to be bought.
