Amazing features and interface, unfortunate syncing issue
The interface is really aesthetic and the app has everything I need: a planner to make my daily to-do lists and lists to record down homework and other tasks. I love how I’m able to see all my tasks for the whole week and easily navigate between weeks. Would be better if it had a monthly view as well. Also really convenient that I can easily move unfinished tasks at the end of the day to the next day with just one tap. Also love how things on my lists can appear on my planner as well.
So yeah everything is great, except for the frustratingly annoying fact that stuff doesn’t sync across my devices even though I’m using the same account. None of the stuff that’s on my iPad is reflected on my phone. Which makes it rlly inconvenient cuz I wanna add stuff via my phone as well :(
Please fix syncing
Love the app but seriously the syncing! Still does not work. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone and it made my situation worse. All past data wiped clean 😱
The app doesn’t sync
This could have been an amazing app but the data sync stopped working a few months ago and they never fixed it. Wrote in to support multiple times with no reply. Others seem to be experiencing the same problem.
Good App but need more work
A lot of syncing issues when using cross devices, especially on iPhone. Many times the data is wiped clean when opening the app. New app features are also not updated properly. Raised multiple support tickets/ email to the developer but received no response. Decided to uninstall after using extensively for a few months. What a pity.
Great one stop app for everything!
I’ve been logging my expenses, habits, daily notes, to do list, calendar planning on 4 different apps and I’m just so glad to have found Elisi which is the perfect app for everything. Its interface is sleek and easy to use, it’s now my go to app everyday! If I could do a feature request, that would be the capability to add images to the diary, and that would be so perfect. Keep up the great work Elisi team!
Do NOT pay for this app
Like others have said, this app used to be really good for all-in-one digital journaling. Starting in early this year however, the sync function has COMPLETELY stopped. Any changes made on one device will not be reflected on other devices. This was after I paid for a premium version of the app too. I reached out to customer support ages ago but have yet to receive any response.
The app used to work properly.
It was the best planner app that was simple and cohesive in productivity. For no reason at all, the app decided to stop syncing between my macbook and iphone. Anything that was written on macbook would transfer to iphone but not vice versa. I decided to reinstall the app on my iphone, but no matter what I do now, the iphone refuses to retrieve my planner data at all. I’ve reached out to the customer service but they have not replied me at all and it’s been almost a month since I first emailed. An app that fails its features and especially a customer service that doesn’t care about its customers is basically pointless to keep using or even subscribe to.
Bought into the idea, not the bug
Ive bumped into a few bugs...
- tasks disappears when in monthly view, only to reappear in weekly view
- bought and subscribed to yearly fee, but plan isn’t updated and my fourth workspace is now gone, yet some tasks still has it
- can have recurring tasks, but not recurring events? I believe recurring events make more sense
- income dates go 2 months later when I press back, but cannot press forward... confused
- saw past comments on bugs on notes... hope it can be solved soon too
- set notification permission notice keeps appearing even though I’ve already set permission
I’m about to sync with my ical and gcal, but with so many issues I’m not sure if I dare to yet...
Premium not working
Bought premium subscription and did not get premium functionality.
Just disappeared footer with "buy subscription" button. However, promo modal is shown which suggest me to buy subscription.
Wrote to support - no answer.
Amazing app that has everything
This is a very well thought out planner/notebook/habit tracker that has a easy to use, bullet journal-like interface that satisfies all I need for daily tasks. The app has different workspaces that helps you filter everything by category and allows easy drag and drop between your planner and task list which very few other apps can do. The best part about Elisi is that the app is supported and synced across all my devices and browsers. Highly recommend for someone who needs everything in one app
