Elite Radio Cars

I have used this taxi firm for years. I use the app to book my arrival and return trips. Sometimes I book return trips well in advance because I might have bad WiFi connection. After 12 midnight things get a little crazy. The return trip is usually late on arrival. I get a notification from the app saying that “due to high demand your taxi is running late”. I would rather have this happen before my appointed time. When I question this I am told that I should have phoned to make sure I can get a taxi. 😜🤪 What’s the point of the app if I have to phone them?

Cannot fault the service I have had from this company. From day 1 when I found them by accident after getting let down by my usual company. I rang them very very early morning, nowhere else had any drivers and Mick I think his name is was brilliant. Really friendly and stopped me worrying and dispatched a car and kept me informed. After telling me, dont worry we will get you there in time!! Which they did. All of the drivers I have had have been really helpful and friendly and the staff on the phone are great too. The app is easy to use and they update you with driver on the way and arrival times which is great when you have to get somewhere for a specific time. I 100% recommend Elite.

Been using Elite now for 22 years excellent service

Taxi receptionist is very rude her name is Alison when I mean rude she is very rude and she is a bully I’ve never heard anything like this in all the time i have booked a taxi I will not be using them again she is racist commenting on people she thought the phone was put down and I heard her saying disgusting things regarding Asian and black people disgusting

The app it self is excellent but the taxi service is rubbish always late and they cancel last minute aswell and use the excuse they couldn’t find you even tho you can see on the app they are round the corner from your house

No stars The minicab doesn’t drop me where I wanted to go he dropped me in a place where I do t even know where the hell I am, I asked the driver to take me to a city town so I won’t be late for my coach he said this is the place got the money throw me out. I had to call other minicab to go where I wanted to go. WASTED MY 12 pound I called elite and told them the complaint and they said I am sorry this is what adres you gave us I said no, so he said hold on for second and the phone shutted So I called again and I said I was speaking to the guy and she transferred the phone with I guessed but the phone shutted again I do t recommend this minicab poor customer service and there drivers tooo 😡😡😡😡

Would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Keep you well informed as to where and how long your taxi will be. No long routes home either!

The slowest taxi service ever

The app is good and does what it says, but even without the app i would recommend this taxi company anyway! Always excellent, prompt service and great friendly drivers. Good value for money too.
