They can’t fix their app asap. I called twice and and I did wait but the app is still crashing .

I don’t know why my company chose this stupid elog, they never answer the phone when ever you need assistance. I can’t work with this log anymore. I spoke to my company, they are going to change it asap.

So usually when you download an app, it allows you to set up an account, creating a username, email, etc. or it allows you see some of what the app has to offer. This app? Nope! Immediately wants a username/login info with no way to bypass or even create that...instant FAIL, if I could give No Stars, I would!

Guys please don’t waste your money and time on this I’m from sapphire transportation llc I got this Eld and the wait time to talk to customer service is like 3 or 4 hours The guy said it’s peak time , he is lying it’s all the time , if you are making bank spend some time on customer service too The way it works with them we all know why we need to talk to customer representative I would need my money back please Or I would talk to the appropriate authorities to tackle this matter
