Beim gesamten Anmeldevorgang wird davon nichts erwähnt, die Kreditkarte soll verknüpft werden, und dann kommt eine Mail, dass beim ersten Aktivieren eine „Aktivierungsgebühr“ in Höhe von knapp 100 Euro abgezogen wird für 23-24 jährige…
Ziemlich dreist, grenzt schon fast an verschleierten Betrug.
Für 100 Euro kann ich mein Auto ein Monat lang volltanken.
Zusätzlich zu dem Minutenpreis kommt ein Kilometerpreis dazu, also auch ohne diese Gebühr nicht rentabel. Preise völlig abgehoben. Konkurrenz ist viel billiger, mit einer transparenten Preispolitik.
Super Angebot
Wir haben das Wochenende in Wien verbracht und haben uns sehr darüber gefreut mit einem Eloop-Auto die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Abwicklung und speziell der Kundenservice war einwandfrei. Gerne wieder!

Angebot und Kundenservice perfekt. Schön wäre, wenn man Beginn und Dauer der aktuellen Fahrt sehen kann. Günstigere Mehrtages-/ Wochenend- oder Wochenpreise wären auch attraktiv.
