Καλησπέρα σας Θα πρέπει να βάλετε ένα qr σκανερ μεσα στην εφαρμογή όπως η ΔΕΗ blue. Μετά από αρκετές προσπαθείς κατέβηκα μα διαβάσω με δυσκολία τον αριθμό του μετρητή για να τον επιλέξω

Έλεος πια !!!!! Στον Ψαθόθργο κάνεις το Σταύρο σου για να λειτουργήσει το ρημάδι !!!!!!!! Σήμερα το μεσημέρι , έκανα 10 περίπου δοκιμές , έβγαζε διαρκώς σφάλμα . Μετα απλά έβγαζε η οθόνη ´Η ΦΟΡΤΙΣΗ ΘΑ ΚΑΘΥΣΤΕΡΗΣΕΙ ΜΕΧΡΙ ΝΑ ΥΠΑΡΞΕΙ ΔΙΑΘΕΣΙΜΗ ΙΣΧΥΣ ´ και αφού κάλεσα την τηλεφωνική βοήθεια και έκανε απομακρυσμένα restart , μετά ξανά δεν ξεκινούσε η φόρτιση καθώς η εφαρμογή κολλούσε διαρκώς και το πεδίο ´ έναρξη φόρτισης ´ ήταν διαρκώς γκρι χρώμα και ήταν αδύνατο να ενεργοποιηθεί . Στο τέλος ζήτησα βοήθεια από τους υπαλλήλους του βενζινάδικου που χρησιμοποίησαν το RF και αφού μου είπαν οτο ακούνε συνέχεια παράπονα για το φορτιστή τελικά ξεκίνησε μετά από 20-25 λεπτά προσπαθειών η φόρτιση ! Έλεος μισή ώρα φόρτιση ήθελα και περίμενα μισή ώρα για να ξεκινήσει ο φορτιστής σας !!!!!!!
