Very bad
The camera never works on the phone. I've tried to disconnect and reconnect but nothing works. They entire system is pointless and a waste of money

Waardeloos!
De app geeft niet anders dan problemen en nogmaals problemen, ik ga een andere deurbel kopen!!!!
Elro intercom app
Loopt vaak vast, foutmelding connectie is vol, de ringtonen gaan nergens over, diegene die voor de deur staat hoort eerst een heel orkest en is tijdens die actie niet verstaanbaar, bel dan weer aan. De korte ding dong, is volgens de helpdesk te kort en blijft dan vaak een keer of 4 achter elkaar afgaan( 2x per actie = 4x4 is 16 keer ding/dong. Bezoekers/postbodes worden gek van mijn recentelijk aangeschafte DV50. Het systeem is oké, maar de app is werkelijk waardeloos en onbetrouwbaar je weet nooit wanneer de bel in storing komt.
Meldingen komen alleen binnen als ik in de app ben
Ik krijg geen melding op mijn beginscherm, alleen als ik in de app ben zie ik dat er iemand aan de deur staat en gaat de melding over op mijn telefoon.
Elro verbeter je app !!!
De intercom is een fijn apparaat maar de app werkt niet soepel als je op afstand snel voor iemand de deur open moet doen. Ook loopt ie soms vast en moet je m deleten en alles opnieuw installeren.
Working not with WiFi
The app is not working with WiFi, tried as per the manual did the reset but not working yet, what is the solution? The intelligent control mode is not intelligent I say, not detecting the doorbell, Pls advice
Hij ‘pakt’ het nieuwe netwerk niet.
Na installatie van een nieuwe router weigert het ding alle dienst. Hij is niet meer te installeren. ELRO verkoopt ondeugdelijke waar. Ook voor de netwerkaanpassing weigerde het ding geregeld. Waardeloze troep, niet kopen is mijn welgemeend advies. Ik wil 0 sterren geven, maar dan kan deze recensie niet worden verstuurd, vandaar 1 ster.
Hele slechte app
Waardeloze app, 9 van de 10 keer lukt het niet verbinding te maken met de intercom via de app. Buiten huis al helemaal niet. Belachelijk, iedereen heeft dit probleem maar er wordt geen oplossing voor gevonden door Elro
Abysmal software
It is nearly 2023 and they still can’t write basic software or a design a proper user experience. Cannot connect to the device after trying each method. Just show the qr code on the screen and let me scan it instead of showing a qr code that the device cannot read.
App werkt niet na de laatste update?
Prima app, werkte tot gisteren goed, maar sinds de update (met bug fixes) niet meer? Graag nog een update, of de vorige versie!
