It's almost 2025 & the app needs to run on 2.4GHz 😢. I'm 66 yrs old & got my 1st smartphone ages ago. I don't know how many apps I've used BUT this is the 1st one that I've needed to split my router's networks to separate 2.4GHz & 5GHz for this app to work which is absolutely ridiculous! Now for the app, there's only 1 1/4 pages of "information" in the manual. The text in the illustrations is so small it can't be read & my vision is now 20/20. Only 1 cat can be added in pet center. For the price of this box I should be able to add multiple cats & their weights for the app to track. If it can track the amount of kitty litter it should be able to track multiple cats' usages of the box by their weights.

This is the worst company ever. I’ve been trying to get a new litter box or return my litter box for two months. They are in Hong Kong and they have no phone number.

I loved this for a few months… maybe 6 months tops. Then it stopped working. I had to force/manual raking through the app… Customer service isnt helpful. Now the app isnt working or staying synced to the device.

I bought their box and it never worked. Months of emails back and forth with their so-called customer service, requested videos sent over and over. First I am offered a $30 refund. Yes, $30. Then told that if I wanted a full refund I could send the box back but it would cost $150 to ship it to them. I was supposed to pay that. They ship bad products, will not honor their warranty/guarantee and will make you crazy with their emails asking the same thing over and over. They are now also selling the same box under several different names so beware! They are SCAMMERS. Look up the Facebook group Scammed by Elspet and see how many people have been ripped off!

I bought this specifically because it said it would track multiple cats for usage of the box but I can only add one cat. My cats used the box right away so that’s great but I was hoping to be able to track both of my cats usage, so this is disappointing :(

I have two cats. Keeping up with their old litter box was almost impossible. Bought the auto litter box. Now no more scooping. No more smell and it is easy to empty. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Come on guys! Everyone is using 5g. Your app is useless for me.
