Keeps kicking me out
Whenever I go to the Dashboard the app constantly crashes. Very frustrating. Not sure how long I’ll keep trying.

Emlife stresses me out
This app is too glitchy. My employer offers a monetary reward for using it daily, but every time I try to log in my blood pressure goes up. The app regularly kicks me out after I have logged in. I have signed up for a live class and the app says it's waiting for the host to begin but it never begins. The host asks participants to type in the chat but the chat doesn't appear on my phone.
Live courses with live people
I’ve been using Emindful’s eM Life App for over a year and I still learn something new from every live course I sign up for. I enjoy having a trainer/guide/instructor on live sessions demonstrating and talking me through new & different exercises. Everyone I have virtually met so far have been very sincere and helpful. It’s great to log on to be met by positive people when there’s so much negativity elsewhere.
WebEx links don’t work
EM Life as part of cognizant doesn’t resolve the WebEx links with single sign on since there is no WebEx on companies approved list. I have sent emails to eM life support still getting no attention in 4 weeks now.
New update has a glitch
When I try to open the app with the latest update, I get a white screen after signing in, and am unable to do anything… great app other than this flaw
Love site but problems with connecting through mobil EDGE
I have to manually connect using safari as I have to use EDGE for work and for some reason I can’t automatically connect to webex through EDGE. If it wasn’t for that I would rate this a FIVE! Love the site and plenty of content to chose from ~ Namaste

Best thing that has happened for my personal wellness was finding eMLife’s Mindful Eating session.
Doesn’t apply sessions to correct day
I checked and my time zone is listed correctly, but if I do a session at 9:30 pm it counts as tomorrow’s session.
Good, when it works
I really like the classes on this app and I love the 1% Challenge. But I don’t love how I can’t watch live sessions because the app keeps crashing. Annoying af, especially since I’m trying to get my zen on. I loaded the updates for the app and WebEx app it uses, but no luck. Extremely disappointed and irritated! Do better, eM Life!!!
Webex connection bug frustrating
Lots of bugs in the App and ongoing problems with Webex connection which makes it quite frustrating
