Nu poți să te înregistrezi pe eMag dacă nu ai un număr de telefon din România, chiar dacă te înregistrezi când ești afară din România aplicația te aruncă afară și îți cere să te autentifici din nou, iar dacă pe numărul romanesc nu poți primi mesaje nu mai ai nici o posibilitate să îți accesezi contul pentru ca o altă variantă sau un serviciu cu clienții nu există

veti primit o steluta la infinit pana cand activati Apple Pay 1. iti copiaza clipboardul automat 2. cand scrii o recenzie negativa unui produs, iti cauta tot felul de motive sa iti intarzie sau sa iti refuze publicarea recenziei. m#*€ ma, aici nu puteti sa ma cenzurati! 3. suntem in anul 2024 in curand si emag nu stie apple pay 4. dureaza doua zile sa aprobe un comentariu sau recenzie. 5. nesimtiti in continuare - nu poti lasa recenzie daca produsul a venit defect! 6. NU functioneaza lista de comenzi cand conexiunea se face prin PROXY (Setari wifi suportate de iOS…)
I used to love this app, it’s useless to me now. I live in the United States but I still have lots of family and friends in Romania. Loved loved the ability of logging on and shopping for them. Sometimes was a small gift, flowers, sometimes there’s people in need of groceries and it can go as high as buying lawnmower, scooters, and whatever else. An odd update made the CC transactions pending. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that they have it authorized but the merchant (emag.ro) is not transferring the money. So if it takes more than I believe 48 hours where the payment doesn’t clear your order gets canceled. 1st time it happens I contacted them, very helpful and very sweet, I had to delete the app, reinstalled problem FIXED. So ok I was happy, just a glitch, happens all the time. But it happened again and none of the prior solutions worked. I was hoping they’ll add up other payments options, such as ApplePay, PayPall, Cashapp or Venmo anything more international, universal. Up to this day nothing :(. Disappointing, deleted the app and got back to “old school way” sending packages from here that takes way too long to get there. Hopefully they’ll update the payment option or fix the glitch.
I'm not referring to online search engines monopoly where if I search for things that do not exist, your site still comes up with first three results.. I'm addressing your apps internal search engine where it still shows results for items that do not exists either yet or within inventory. I do not need other items from within the category, it needs to either display what I'm specifically looking for or not at all. This nonsense made me consider and purchasing from other cleaner and well arranged websites.
