App does not work any more

The app and website are currently unable to load any new models in STL format, displaying an "unsupported file format" message. While it still functions with previously uploaded models, the inability to upload new ones renders the app practically useless. I've attempted to reach out to Customer Support but have received no response. Giving it even one star feels generous.
