Embargo - Loyalty & Rewards

Seems like an ok app, but my overall impression of getting it setup and using it was “there must be an easier way”. I’ve deleted the app because I simply couldn’t be bothered with the effort of the whole thing.

Just get a loading screen, every single time. The one time it did work, we got one stamp for £50- worth of food and drink. So even if it worked, it’s simply not worth spending hundreds of pounds at a brunch place to get one free coffee every few months.

only recommendation is to reduce number of steps/swipes for claiming rewards. Thanks

Falls at first hurdle. Won't use.

I ordered on the app - they charged me. App says preparing order but never delivered. Called the restaurant. They say they don’t have the order.

Ordered via app for delivery. 2 hours later. Order has been stuck on ready to deliver but no driver located. Unable to contact embargo to request refund. Called driver who said he wasn’t assigned the pick up as he’d finished. Restaurant said call support. There isn’t one. Will probably have to speak to bank to request chargeback at this rate for refund

Magic stamp so much better. Embargo is overly complicated, redeeming a free coffee is tricky, the UX is not self explanatory. Just doesn’t feel as easy as it should
