Lack of responsibility

I was facing issue about my ember fund and sent email to support department. Nobody respond. And my apps always appear multiple account. Feel annoying!

Provide countdown

For the next update if possible I would like to request for the apps to have a countdown so that users know how much time left until the next mining is. Thank you
