Had a camera installed and added to my app and now it’s constantly crashing and closing itself out. Takes me double the time to disarm my system or look at my camera footage because my app keeps constantly closing. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and it is still doing it. VERY frustrating and makes me regret getting the camera.

App is awesome! Never have had an issue.

I have to use an iPad to connect my phone to the doorbell camera, but the app simply does not work on iPads. You can’t view cameras or hit a button. This is after redownloading the app, giving it whatever permissions it needs, and simply waiting for hours to see if it’ll simply load. It doesn’t thought. The app is completely broken and useless on iPads and needs to be fixed.

Terrible application, don’t recommend!

Doesn’t always record vehicles driving by. Doorbell gets stuck and makes an awful noise at times. We live on dead-end street and sometimes only records vehicle going by but not back by.

It been doing it very slow

Living alone at 74 is a challenge in itself, but knowing I am protected by a reliable system is most comforting when I go to sleep or leave my home for vacation. Priced reasonably for that much reassurance.

I hate this app.. video loads slow as crap when checking feed when motion sensor alerts go off, when checking to see who rang the doorbell, and when trying to arm and disarm the alarm.

I wouldn’t even give this 1 star~this system is HORRIBLE!! Terrible lag time for video. Works intermittently…ugh I want my husband to get rid of this system!!

This is a piece of crap I don’t know what I’m paying for climb up to reset it because I change Internet services this is crazy I don’t have to do this ring I don’t have to do this with ARLO why do I have to do this with this thing this is ridiculous it’s stupid and it’s terrible and I’m paying for nothing at all but a waste of my money and a piece of crap
