Can’t load to Apple Wallet

App locates museum and downloads my membership card but can’t add the card to my Apple Wallet. Phone screen just says “Loading …” over and over.

Searching for institutions doesn’t work

Typing in company name doesn’t return anything except ‘Fairytale Town’. My company name doesn’t even start with the same letter or contain any words from this company name. Also tried on Android device and the app is even worse and typing doesn’t show the characters while typing and there is no loader or feedback that any action is happening upon searching institution/company name.

Search function not working with new update

Still does not work!! I searched for the exact words and variations. Nothing works. Please fix your app so I can add a membership. I’ve tried searching multiple times and it says “results not found” for anything I type.

Doesn’t actually work??

Once the app opens all it does is cycle the entire time with a screen that says “loading institutions.” Really pointless.

“Loading institutions” infinity spinning wheel

Just downloaded the app so that I can use my local museum membership but when the app opens, it just gives a “loading institutions” message with the spinning wheel of death forever.

Doesn’t load anything.

Just downloaded app, it just sits and spins. Never loads anything. Made sure location was ALWAYS on to help.. rebooted phone.. closed all other apps… verified signals.. NOTHING!

All this app does is to show a loading screen when searching for membership LOL. Easiest app development ever!

Glad to see the return of “add pass to wallet”!!

wallet issues

simple to add my membership to the app, however the add to wallet button doesn’t appear, making showing my membership pass much more of a hassle.
