setting a password and username???
how do you set these online or in app? i feel like ive been trying but making an account doesnt even give you the option to set a password and theres no FAQ with instructions for doing so. the app and site need to become more user friendly. they could have a really great thing but its just not there yet

Spent the $ to chat. Won’t let me use it because it’s saying something about email verification. Won’t allow to resend the email link so I can’t even use it. Feel like I’ve been robbed.

I couldn’t even use my platinum subscription, to select the options I want. They make you pay just to use the app. The added futures don’t even work. It's completely outrageous!
