EMERGENCY HQ: Firefighter Game

Good game prior to updates. Since then units appear in the wrong place to where they have been sent and some of the progress bars are missing when injured people are being treated so you cant tell whether they are fully treated or not. Also its mow really hard to see on some levels where injured people are that need rescuing. It was a lot more fun and playable before the updates.

Remember when Emergency was about strategy and saving the day? Welcome to 2024, where disaster zones are littered with ginger cookies, and your biggest challenge is collecting random currencies: gems, coins, likes, maybe even chocolate chips. And those missions? You’ll need to level up eight times before you can even attempt them. Fun? Sure, if you find joy in chaos and confusion.

This game was amazing until they put in time limits. Change it back it was fun. Thank you for fixing

Whenever I try to get diamonds it keeps saying “ Please sign into the App Store” When I press and I already have signed in I am am very confused. :\

Ever since the update I loose sound and have lost many streaks because I can’t hear what job are being completed and when time is against you other then this I love the game

Loved the game at the start and upgrading buildings but now I can’t progress, don’t have a ladder fire engine so can’t take calls which means no money to upgrade grade firehouse! Need to save 399.999 but can’t earn money

New update today. Several glitches. Will only play one video, have to reboot, When claiming coin from depts, is doubled up. When I send a crane to lift. It stays in same place, but the person is hoisted from area I sent to. Red exclamation on my patients instead of orange meaning what exactly ??? Do I send a fire truck to rescue them (red) …. No it’s the doc they need. (Orange) Can you please have a look at this update. Other than that I’ve enjoyed coming back to play after a few years away, due to no updates to progress further. Also can you look into reducing upgrading times. Seems an awful long time to me. Thanks.

Absolutely love this game… played it for years!!! large variety of different missions ranging from ridiculously easy to crazy difficulty taking 15minutes to complete which I love! L

Not only is this game FUN and addictive, it helps deal with stress and memory issues. I would totally recommend this to people who want to improve both and have fun at the same time.

I really do enjoy this game, they’re generous with diamonds and most of the tasks are challenging but fun. My only issue now is since the most recent update, the 1 v 1 missions are disproportionately harder. I fail 9 times out of 10, which is bull. With these missions you can monitor where your opponent is in terms of what they've completed and oftentimes, as soon as the game has started, they've already put out a couple fires etc which is just ridiculous and unrealistic. Please please fix this as it's no longer fun doing these challenges. I understand it's going to be a challenge but there's no way I'm suddenly defeated 9 times out of 10 when I never used to before this update. Lastly, please reduce the training times! 5 days for police dogs is asinine. 21 hours for swat team etc is a joke. Yes you want people to purchase diamonds to expedite the training but that's just waaay too long.
