Description
EMGS Mobile App is the companion app for Education Malaysia Global Services.
The app will allow students to:
1. Track their application status from their smartphone.
2. Check the results of their medical screening on their smartphone.
3. View their international student identification card (iKad) on the phone. Information to be obtained by using the NFC functions of the phone when touched to the iKad.
4. View their insurance card on the phone (if Insurance was received through EMGS).
5. Find news and information regarding EMGS.
6. Contact EMGS through email.
7. Navigate to EMGS offices through the phone by following the in-built navigation function of the phone.
8. Join the EMGS Connect Social media community where they can get connected to the latest information, events and updates. They also get to meet other international students here!
Intended Users:
The app is aimed towards all international students who have already registered to study in Malaysia through EMGS or are currently studying in Malaysia after having their application processed by EMGS. It can be downloaded and used by anyone who is interested in finding out information about EMGS but not all functions will be available.

I have to login thousand times and stuck in same step too often
Terrible experience
UI/UX is too poor. I think they don’t fix any bugs too.
Not working at all
Not working with iPhone 13 pro max
Failed Digital ID verification
This app is that much bad that I am hesitating to put one star! Digital id is verified everytime but it won’t make any difference! It will get back to being non verified. Dude hire me.. i will give u at least a working app!

Spaghetti code, just do not make it compulsory

The app is not up to date, not compatible with iphone 10 and newer devices , User interface lacks response, navigation is not working and many more other bugs have been noticed with one time use. Improvement and updates are required, for the time being i advice users to use emgs website until the app is updated. Best of luck
Not professional _ No privacy
I am very disappointed to see members sensitive information like the full name and the passport posted in the main page of the application. You should be more professional than this.
Needs update
In the app no thing change but in the website changed I think very old copy two years ago last update was
