Every single time I need to use the app it requires login credentials. Totally useless and misses the meaning of an app on the phone.
As the title suggests. What is this cr*p? I literally just created new account and the the app doesn’t even allow me to login with the email and password created 1 second ago! No wonder everyone rate 1 star. No response at all from the company and it looks that they don’t care about fixing customer’s problems.
You are not able to pay your Emicool bill on time due to their app is not working properly when you need it, but then they charge you a late payment fee of 50% of the monthly bill !!!
Extremely poorly designed, inefficient, ineffective processes designed to loot people out of their money without any “care” to the end user. An example of a monopolizing non-governmental service provider allowed to provide with poor service and experience without an effective supervision. This is not the Dubai we want nor the one Sheikh Mohamed aspires it to be.
Here’s a company who have the lowest rate amongst all service providers in the UAE, but never moved a finger to change that. The mobile app doesn’t work, the website doesn’t load when you need to pay, yet, you will receive a rude automated message when your bill is overdue. It would be great to see the Dubai Government taking action here. Dewa clearly doesn’t care about all the efforts Dubai has been doing for Customer services all around the Emirates.

After the new update I can't login to my account, even though I haven't changed password, not even reset password works. I'm unable to pay my bill
Why would they care? They have a monoply on their areas of service, nobody forces them to have a proper system in place. Cash machines that breakdown a lot, an app that doesn’t work, just find your own way to make the payment.
