Worst experience

I had one of the worst on flight experiences with Emirates seated next to a couple who got really drunk and they wouldn’t allow me to leave my seat to use the lavatories! Finally when complained to the flight attendant I had to wait 45 minutes standing to be reseated. I submitted a complaints on emirates website but they never respond nor compensated for the horrible experience I had

Can’t manage my trips anymore

This app was my favorite of all flight lines. Lately whenever I need to amend any flight it shows a message that I need to call them to change it, no matter how simple the change is !!! Why should I call to change my flight time when I’m supposed to do it easily through the app ??!!! Not to mention how long the call takes to finalize the changes !!!! It was way better when everything was easily done through the app

I do let like where payment couldn’t be processed due to bug issue. Also my mole were gone because first attempt is to use my skyaward miles. So I had to stop by their local office to purchase.
