Fantastic app, user friendly.
App is useless & crashes all the time
This has to be the most annoying and frustrating airline app ever. I have started flying Emirates and can never seem to load any of the information relating to my flights. This needs to be conducted on my laptop where it works fine. Accessing menus and inflight entertainment on the app is available, but as soon as I try and view anything relating to my trips, the app crashes and displays errors.
Booking issue
Had been making an effort to book via the app, but not able to do so.

Excellent service
Could not fault the whole experience of dealing with emirate’s booking, flight experience and quality of service . I would definitely rate Emirate as 100 percent.
Very buggy app that’s frustrating to use
App wouldn’t let me make an amendment / add a feature to my booking making me loose out on several hundred dollars. Apart from that incident most times I use it I’m frustrated with simple features just not working.
