So u bid on the car they give u more time in Copart it’s less than a mint when it’s a hot line and here they reach for 2 hours only to make the price go higher and higher worst experience ever 👎🏽

I am just sharing a suggestion idea that maybe a-lot will l agree with me . if we can apply advanced filter for example AD plate numbers now we can only filter 1,2,3,4 & 5 digits filtered view, if we can also filter( bike/ classic/ normal plates) can be good if i am interested only in (classic )for example or (2 digits +bike only) or (4 digits +classic ).

They are cheaters they just care about their cut. Not in customer service. You can’t see car which you bid. Coz you will come out some faults. Their repairs have faults. Many things mentioned it wrong … I’m so stupid. I chose this app. Dubizle is much better if you are looking for used car. Atleast you can talk to buyer directly negotiate and then have a test drive also. You buy car from them pay them. And if you drive have problem in car they don’t listen. I end up paying 5800 for repair … really bad experience 😞

I bought a car through this auction without inspecting it, thinking they had a minimum quality standard. However, after receiving the car, I discovered significant defects and it had been in a major accident with a severely damaged structure. Its actual value is far below the offered price, around 30%. A very disappointing experience; I intend to give a negative review on App Store and share a warning message for others to be cautious.

Think Twice before buying cars from Emirates Auction, their process is too complicated, they are too slow in processing. there are hidden charges. Apart from paying Tax, registration and recovery car fees, there are also issuance, vehicle test and other fees. The car will reach you within a month even you will settle the price within 48 hours.

The compliance in the time delivery is just a night mare, the terms and conditions announce 10 working days to finish the process, but is not like that, 30 working days passed and still not car delivery and no resolution in the case, endless calls and emails and same answer, “I’m sorry we will finished tomorrow”. Not recommended if you have a business or need the car urgent.

هذا أول مره اشترى سياره بالمزاد واخر مره وذلك بسبب بطئ في الاجراءات من قبل المورد والامارات للمزادات هل يعقل استخراج ورقة حيازه 15 يوم !!!!!!!!

I bought cars from this auction, I found the kilometers were changed, was reduced by 100k, when I contacted them they said this not our business, the cars price after fixing the issue were more than market price, you will pay more than 1000 more for their fee, they will give you the documents after a month from the payment , each person saying different policies, you will pay the Hyaza, then you will found no hyaza and you need to do their work to make the car documents, they forced you to pay the recovery with a high price, I don’t recommend them, there is better then them or buy individually.

Added deposit to Property bid and they inserted in cars bids .
