No Face ID to connect, and there is no place to contact a consultant, there is a mistake in my adress, and as I can read here, I’m not the first one.
Average, UX can be improved
The app isn’t that bad but definitely not among the best in class banking apps, especially in terms of UX. MePay is quite painful to use in the app.
Not able to create account
The selfie update bug and there’s nothing to do about it
Major frustration
The management of registered beneficiary is really not working well It is a major effort to. Find the bank Even for a bank as well known as HSBC in PARIS !!!! What’s more i have done many transfers with the same beneficiary and suddenly the system request other information that it cannot find when you fill up the details Why does it have to be so difficult. !!!! I still haven t done the transfer I need to do ?!!?!!?
