Terrible bank
Not sure where to start but so many complaints. Firstly there was a technical error from their side on my account which meant I could not use my card for transactions. So they sent me another card. After a few weeks of using it successfully the same thing happened. I called 4 times, spoke to 4 different people and each time they told my my car is fixed, no it is still not fixed. I made calls of 2 hours in total trying to sort it out and I’m still non the wiser! Also I went to collect my new card from IBN Battuta mall. Reason to collect here and not have it delivered is because my emirates ID replacement card was on the way but wasn’t sure if I would have it in time to be able to have my bank card given to me at my door. The manager at this branch is so so rude!! I explained to her my situation and explained why the bank sent me a new card (their fault not mine) and she refuse to give me my card without emirates ID. I had my original passport to prove my identity and the staff on the phone who issued the card said it was fine to show my passport, but this manager just enjoyed being difficult Anyway another member of staff helped me and the manager carried on being rude to me and even told me to step out the office. I informed her no because her member of staff decided to help me which they did and thankfully I got my card in the end. As a Custoner I felt embarrassed and stressed. I will be moving banks because of this as I really don’t like how she manages there, she has no manners and is very rude.
