Excellent service
They are very friendly and considerate when talking to you. Thank you so much❤️🤣
the app is down.
there is no connection to the servers. the app is say no connection to internet even on Wifi connection.
Paid delivery
Paid for the delivery services and customs, scheduled delivery, however there is no information about this in the app/in Emirates post system and i should pay again, then call customer support to ask for the refund (that’s what customer agent told me)
Delivery’s delayed every time
Very 3rd class service delivery guys are not on time better to not use it
Bad communication
They called me 9:30am while sleeping only once , cant reach them again regarding my credit card, bad communication and hardly to reschedule only after 2 or 3 days
Bad customer experience
This application is riddled with bugs and must be fixed
