This app is nice especially for people with mood swings or depressive moods. But I highly suggest that there will also be time specifics and not only limited to once a day so mood swings will be monitored as well on timely basis thank you

Overall I like this app, and it helped me a lot when monitoring my emotions. I hope that they update the language settings on this because there are times that it says things in a different language, and I don’t understand it.
