Große Enttäuschung nach so vielen Jahren
Habe gestern eine größere Bestellung gemacht . Leider wurde wegen einem technischen Problem meine Bestellung nicht bestätigt. Dieses wurde mir am nächsten Tag bestätigt. 15-fache Payback Punkte futsch. Noch schlimmer : meine 25 % als Backstage Club Mitglied wurden gesperrt . Der Support meinte , die würden mir im Nachhinein erstattet werden . Sorry aber nachdem ich immer mal wieder !5! Stunden in irgendwelchen Chatrooms verbracht habe und der Vorgeschichte war ich da eher skeptisch. Warum man mir nicht einfach einen neuen Coupon ausgestellt hat, erschließt sich mir nicht . Ergo , ich mache erstmal nach so vielen Jahren eine lange EMP Pause . Da spare ich noch mehr als bei dem Coupon den mir keiner ein zweites mal geben wollte

eigentlich gut, aber…
ich finde den merch super cool ABER: ich bin männlich 170cm gross und ca. 58kg, ich würde mich jetzt als kleiner als der durchschnittliche Mann beschreiben aber nicht zu ungewöhnlich. Leider gibt es keine Hosen in meiner Grösse erst ab W30 L32
Bin wirklich enttäuscht
Ich habe heute 6 mal meine Bestellung aufgegeben und immer wurde sie storniert! Das ist total be…, nicht mal Gründe kann man nennen. Also hab ich die App gelöscht und mache es auf die alte Art über die ganz normale Website. Nun bin ich gespannt ob es wieder storniert wird oder was damit passiert. Wenn das noch mal so ist bestelle ich nie wieder!
Funktioniert nur teilweise
An sich ist die App nicht schlecht aber sobald ich auf meine Bestellungen zugreifen möchte bekomme ich jedes Mal eine Fehler Meldung.

Keine Kundennummer zu finden. Chats öffnen, sehr schwierig/unmöglich. Schon direkt nach der Bestellung ist die Lieferadresse nicht mehr zu ändern. Wo wird im Chat der Name eingegeben? Nicht zu sehen ob gesendet. Keine Antwort erhalten. In der App ist von meiner Bestellung nichts zu sehen. Miserable App.
