Shared branching would be nice. It’s not always convenient to come in. That app is great and makes things convenient but sometimes you need to go in for whatever reason. Also, bring the change machine back. I don’t like the idea of cashless everything and I refuse to pay the fee the grocery store charges to cash in change. I have another account with another credit union for things I don’t get here. I’d switch entirely if it weren’t for the fact that I’ve been with Empeople (Infinity, Telco) for 33 years.

Empeople makes banking so pleasant and easy. The website is so easy to navigate and every employee has bee wonderful to deal with. Especially Austin in the Westbrook branch. He is so personable and helpful and makes you feel like you’re banking with a small home town bank! Barbara has also been great!

I’ve been a member for 11 yrs and never had so many issues with the app. Every week since Empeople took over the card controls have some sort of technical issue with locking and unlocking the card controls.. I’ve brought it to multiple reps attention and it gets fixed eventually but it’s not good for customers when they’re trying to unlock their card on the spot and it just happens to be malfunctioning every time.

They definitely have your best interest at heart all the time.

The app is an easy to use system to get your loans paid. It makes it very easy to pay Pay My vehicle and mortgage payments on the app.

The online banking has always been great , I haven’t had to go the bank itself for much to any issues since having them. The chat through the app has been successful. I have enjoyed using this credit union since changing from regular banking.

Great customer service! Great rate on loans

Great now that transfers happen right away! Getting credit for uploading checks seems a little different then when it was Deere. But that it is minor overall. Love the app and the Credit Union!

Been with them going on 20 years. They constantly make improvements to the app and their other services. If I have issues they are always very friendly and willing to help. Even did a loan all on line with ease.

This is one of the worst banking apps I use. It constantly lags and had updates for “bug fixes”. The layout of everything also seems outdated. Needs a lot of improvement.
