Why was your app needed to fill up so many thing and even our IC number also needed to be included for verification? If just a simple app just let us fill in the name, mail and birthday date. Why is your app take so much time just to register your app? And do you think is it necessary to include favourite outlets? You can track your own in your system branch, why ask us to fill in search one by one? Please upgrade your developer and even your convert point also need spend at least 500point which mean spend RM500 free one pieces of sushi. Lastly, do you think your app is good. Please do some research and compare with other competitors

Can’t order through app as there is zero method of paying online. Can’t top up, no e banking option no nothing. Crap app developer

Cant receive verification code for so many times, up till now cant register account. Waste time

The UI/UX is not iOS friendly, swipe from left should be a “back” action instead of opening side menu drawer. Can’t proceed to view basket and order, item stuck in basket and could not proceed.
