App does not always open

How can you see your page if the app doesn’t open when you click on it

Difficult access

App doesn’t work and not helpful or intuitive. I dread having to go to website either on phone and on laptop. Never get info I need and I cannot make tax adjustments.

Trash App

Does not work at all on Apple or Android. Can’t even log in.

Portal providing wrong information

Our company started using application and portal , its convenient way to see payroll information for our employee's but unfortunately it doesn't show correct information on a portal, for example “”taxable income on portal doesn't reflect correct deductions ,e- payroll checks has no check number ,also no option for memo text on a payroll check. We tried to contact consumer support but no luck at all .

Update?

Nothing is loading, it keeps saying everything is unavailable. So, I came to see if the app needed to be updated. Says last update was 3 years ago?

Doesn’t work

It’s a super laggy app that for the most part doesn’t work. I’m trying to get my last 4 pay stubs But this app doesn’t seem to give me any information :/

Feels like year 2000

To the point: -Need Face ID or Touch ID -Need ability to update update direct deposit within the app! -Need more statistics and insight on annual earnings

Poorly designed

It’s a real PITA to have to enter a password every time I open the app. If I had a choice I’d not use this app and I rated it one star because there wasn’t an option to rate it with less.

The worst app I have used ever.

Always says pawd incorrect. Even the website was terrible.

Cannot login

Using my credentials to login and it just says my password and/or username are incorrect. But they work just fine on their site. Can I upload a revised w-4 on the site somewhere?!! Ugh
