Yes, Employer D is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Employer D legit?
⚠️ The Employer D app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Just mentioning the app itself because the service provided is beyond worse.
Glitchy app, poorly designed, terribly maintained, outdated graphics, system that crashes with itself and costs you time when you need those documents right away, which brings me to the next issue, no customer service outside business hours. And if you click on app support it re-directs you to Desjardins website where there is no customer support.
If you as company purchase this service, I can tell how much you don’t care about your employees, and you as a company Desjardins, should be ashamed of putting your name in this garbage of an App, do better.
Crissement laide votre app
Franchement vous auriez pu vous donner un peu plus de mal à concevoir cette application. Le visuel est moche et ne contient pas le diagramme du site d’employeur d.
Application datant de l’antiquité.
Ridicule à quel point le système est lent, peu intuitif et difficile d’accès. On est déconnecté, problème de synchronisation, mots de passes erronés etc. Il serait grand temps de faire une mise à jour pour 2023. Franchement je m’attendais à mieux. Faites un effort.
Needs an update soon
This application needs to be updated to fit the "standard" hardwares available today. It runs badly, is hard to look at and seems old and not reassuring to use.

Comme tous les outils informatiques Desjardins, c’est limités, boggeux et mal conçu…
Personne n’est surpris par ce constat de médiocrité…
Un peu lent, mais ça va.
L'appli marche bien, mais un peu lent. J'ai accès à mon relevé de paye. Mes relevés d'impôt aussi. J'ai un iphone 12 et la reconnaissance faciale marche bien. Je n'ai pas rencontré de problème comne mentionné par plusieurs. Je suis peut-etre un des rare chanceux.
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
Not sure who on earth came up with the idea of developing this app. The app pulling up the same page and asking for authentication after switching to a different app. Not to mention that it crashes just randomly. I’d rather use the web app than using this app again.
Crashing and always bugging
Can’t use the app more then once, always crashing and blocking my account. Really poor app
This App SUCKS!!!
It doesn’t remember your login and every time you have to change password to log in again.
With the current ratings, seems like Desjardins doesn’t care about customer experience.
