Not one other ride share company besides Empower has lowered rates after Covid ended. Drivers are obtaining 100% of the fare and the rides are generally 40% cheaper than Uber/Lyft. This app makes better rides. People are happy to save money and drivers are happy to make more. Since October 2023, I started driving Empower full time and haven’t gone back to Uber or Lyft since!

Am trying to activate my account its like about last 6 months they keep asking we gonna active it next 24hours which they never did and they dont hv helpline number and any driver support so thts my issue

Once you create an account on it, you have no option to delete the account permanently, all your information like your ID, bank account, etc. There is no option to delete permanently

I’ve been a driver using the Empower app since I decided to go full time in October 2023. I’m not only making more money than I did with Lyft, I’m using less gas and less miles to make my daily quota which also means less maintenance. The customers have been wonderful to talk to, everyone seems very happy to express there is a real affordable ride share. My car is generally 40% cheaper than Uber/Lyft 24/7. I love hearing the difference in cost when a customer comes in my car for an Empower ride. Choose Empower is my best advice as a driver and rider

Hello dear drivers please be careful work with empower company because this company is not allowed operating business in DC,MD and VA I just be honest with you guys the police pulled me over and when the police pulled me over find at me working empower and impound my car and give me $500 tickets plus I payed $200 for towing my car and treating me like terrorist because this company are NOT allowed doing business plus this company not stand or back you up anything happens to you even if your car damages or someone attacks you the company not cover you or standing with you

My app suddenly stopped working today around 3:30pm and have yet to heard anything as to what’s going on!
