Can’t download my statements anymore !

This establishment and their app are both terrible. Can’t login 50% of the time due to an unknown error code that they haven’t fixed for over a year. Can’t pay off certain accounts within the app. This company in general is just a headache to deal with and has wasted much of my time.

The app has been working great for the 4 years I had it with no issues .

Literally a horrendous customer experience and the fact that I can’t just link an account to make a payment instead of transferring money and waiting for it to clear before making a payment is beyond ridiculous.

This app is terrible and does not operate on realtime, then there is always an error whenever I tried to send money with Zelle.

Why do I need to update my iOS to use the app this is ridiculous smh

I’ve been using Empower for years, and I really love this bank. They added a new feature to the app where you can always see your credit score, keep notifications when there’s a change in your credit score, etc. I just want to say I LOVE this feature so much! Please never get rid of it!

At some point the app stopped rotating to landscape on iPad, which is a commonly used orientation for iPad.

I have had this app for months now. Everything is visually pleasing and very organized. All the features are simple and the app is very responsive. I’ve never had any issues thus far. Well designed app.
