Empower: Worker Enablement

This is horrible. I put in my phone number and get an error message. There is not customer support number on the app. Total garbage and waste of time. I wish I could go negative stars. Have an alternative way to login. Cant get a badge to get on customer site. Did I say this is garbage…its a hot dumpster fire!

I was not connect to Siri and the functionality of the app was not working Could not see all the questions on the screen or move forward without extreme difficulties. After connecting to Wi-Fi, this issue went away, Informing users to connect to Wi-Fi for best user experience would be helpful.

Very informative training

While viewing a training video, partial error messages appeared. I couldn’t read the whole message or see anything other than the option “no”. I had to restart the app, which wiped out my progress on the training. Don’t waste your time with this app.
