This app is designed for all menstruating people, but specifically Black women and other women of color that have typically been marginalized and have data-backed evidence of reduced outcomes of care due to bias and barriers of access.
We believe that knowledge is power and by learning to manage our hormone health, we can empower our minds and relax our souls!
After a week-long trial period, users can continue access to the Empowered app with auto-renewing subscriptions that are offered as in-app purchases. You can select between a monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions allow you access to all basic and premium features. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto renewals may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

YES to Women’s Health!
Empowered is the app I’ve NEEDED! Now I’m able to get a hold on my PMS cycle. This app has helped identify patterns in my PMS cycle and tips on how to improve my symptoms. Receiving affirmations, the specific herbal teas, and tracking my cycle have been my favorite tools to use but ALL of the features combined have helped improve my relationship with Aunt Flo and her baggage each month!!

This app is amazing! It alerts me before my pms symptoms start and it has a curated list of holistic remedies I can take. I use it almost everyday. I would definitely recommend this app to any woman.

Such a great app! This is extremely helpful for me and my partner to be reminded before I freak out every month. What I found most helpful were the herbal tea recommendations. I never even knew these were options before!
