HAPPY USER BUT PLEASE HELP!

Hi! I’ve been a super satisfied user of your EMS guide pocketbook. I upgraded for $29.99 in order to have full access to all the EMS material and have been really happy with my decision to do so. However, as I was using the app the other day, I noticed that some material was on lock mode and notified me that I had to restore my purchase in order to have access. I assumed I had been logged out and that that was the reason for the issue. But to my surprise, as I pressed restore purchase, I was faced with a pop up notification that claimed that I hadn’t made the purchase, that it didn’t recognize my device or account. It would mean a lot if someone worked with me to resolve this as I would much rather regain my full access to the application than get a refund or have to make this purchase twice. (As it’s been truly so helpful in my own studies and haven’t come across anything like it) Also it might be important to mention that I have had full access for more than several months. If I need to show proof of purchase, I’m happy to! But because the app inhibited my ability to contact support or to report an issue, I’m forced to do it publicly on the App Store. Therefore providing my email or contact info isn’t an option here. If someone responsible for the application can provide me with an email or phone number, I’m more than willing to provide that information. But for the sake of privacy this is the best I can do. I gave a review of four stars only because of this issue. If and when I can get it resolved, I will personally come back and update my review to five!😄

Paid 30 bucks for stuff I don't need. Would've been nice for a trial version before spending money.
