Device works well ,App is not great

I have enjoyed these lights and the ease of install and customization EXCEPT their latest 2025 ‘upgrade’ has locked out customization. WTH?! Maybe do more testing before sending out an ‘upgrade’?!

I have had these two plug in for about 2 years, every time it disconnects, takes me hrs to reconnect both room and that’s if it works. I have called to have someone help me set them up, had the option to have them call me, two days have gone by and no calls from enbrighten. Sad.

I use these to turn on lights remotely and finally….yes finally, a device that works perfect and reliably.

I am so glad that we purchased these lights. We decided since we are getting older we wanted to have hassle free lights so that every year we don’t have to worry about getting up on a ladder They were easy to install and to set up.

App could not connect via. Bluetooth. Frustrating to set up manually then on-off button was eratic, chevron to navigate was not responsive Could not add another same switch to group. Had to see delete the group then Ann all the switches back. Last switch bought kept showing listed as common functions and despite naming kept showing up on different line as switch 1

Like Voldorn said, the recent iOS update killed the widget. Bring it back please!
