Enquiries not solved time after time
Been playing for a while upon making first purchase in game, I was told by other players that "VIP" benefits allow you to x2 the speed of the game without watching ads. After many attempts of contacting game developers bug still not fixed.

Really love the game but with most recent update today wiped my data and not really wanting to go back to the start
