Charged twice and neither Apple or Originator resolved it
I have a 2 year old under my family share plan. I initially purchased it on my iPhone so that the app bundle (Endless School Bundle) could be downloaded on the ipad that my child uses. I received two receipts yesterday. Once for my account and once for my child’s account, totaling $120!!! Apple’s “support” stated that it was not refundable and I couldn’t even talk to a person. I went to the Originator support link, and again there’s no contact info. $120 is ridiculous!!!
